On the previous edition of GreenTech, German technology company Continental and Dutch-Belgian technology company Octiva, signed a collaboration agreement to develop autonomous mobile robotic solutions for horticultural applications. Today, one year later at GreenTech, they present their joint vision of the future. The Concept Vehicle is the next generation of the current Octiva platform, ready to be produced in large quantities. It is enriched with additional features such as wireless charging and the patented Octiva docking implement.
In the coming months you will see the new features appear in all of Octiva’s commercial robots. Continental will gradually take over the production of the platforms, to be able to deal with the growing demand.
